About Usama

Usama Ali is the founder of Search Lift and leads its 14-person team. He has 7+ years of experience in SEO.

Search Lift serves businesses worldwide. The team has worked with many businesses in the UK, the USA and Canada, helping companies earn organic rankings on Google. Search Lift is based in Pakistan.

Besides SEO, Search Lift provides web development and AI-based solutions. On the search side, that means AI search optimization, so a business is named when customers ask an AI assistant. On the operations side, it means AI adoption: helping businesses choose and set up AI tools that fit how they already work.

Usama is also a full-stack web developer. His personal site, usamify.com, covers his web design, front-end and back-end development, and ongoing optimization and maintenance work, with tools such as PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, React, Node.js and WordPress.

He writes the guides on this site.

What Usama’s team works on

  • SEO and local SEO. Organic rankings on Google and Maps, from Google Business Profile fixes to local SEO for service businesses.
  • AI search optimization. Making a business easy for AI answers to find, understand and name.
  • AI adoption and AI solutions. Practical AI for businesses: working out where AI helps, then putting the right tools in place.
  • Web development. Fast, reliable websites that search engines and AI tools can read, and that customers can use.

How Usama approaches SEO and AI

  • Start with the gap, not a checklist. Customers are already searching. The first question is where they look and find a competitor instead of you.
  • One visibility surface. Google, Maps and AI answers all decide who gets found, so they are diagnosed together rather than as separate SEO chores.
  • AI where it earns its place. AI is adopted where it saves time or wins customers, not added for the sake of it.
  • Data-led. Demand, presence and gaps drive the plan, not guesswork.
  • Outcomes, not rankings. The aim is being found when demand exists, winning the click when you appear, and staying visible as search keeps shifting.
  • Built to compound. Discover, Diagnose, Lift, Compound: work that holds over time instead of a one-off audit.
  • Sources over shortcuts. The guides cite Google’s own help pages and say so when something isn’t documented.
